For the past 40 years Larry has been creating his "portraits with pizzazz" for individuals, corporate trade shows, private parties, weddings, birthdays, fairs, school assemblies, anniversaries, and just about every fun event you can imagine. He will be once again travelling to the Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in December for his 27th Christmas week of magical artistry. His caricatures of the political candidates who visit the Balsams every four years can be found hanging in the historic Ballot Room and his works can be found in the collections of notable people ranging from Steve Forbes to Margaret Thatcher and Gramps from Massachusetts MAGIC SHOWS PAINTING DEMONSTRATIONS ILLUSTRATED STORYTELLING and CARTOONING WORKSHOPS |
Larry Frates has been entertaining audiences with his magical artistry for over 35 years.
As a member of the Society of American Magicians, International Brotherhood of Magicians, and the Magic
Circle of London he has brought his unique blend of magic, music, and cartooning to life throughout New
England. Known throughout magic world as NASCIMENTO he has also performed in Brazil, the United
Kingdom, and Russia.
Whether presenting magic at a birthday party, anniversary celebration, private party, corporate event, or civic
organization, Larry creates FUN!
